Our Faculty
Dr. Vignona has over 20 years experience in Environmental Science, specializing in environmental sampling and analysis, policy and sustainability issues. She has worked as an Environmental Scientist for the New York State Department of Law Environmental Protection Bureau, as a Principal Scientist in environmental consulting and as a Professor of Environmental Science and Management at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
Dr. Chulaporn Muniganondh has been an Adjunct Instructor at LSCC since 2009 and has done environmental technology applications teaching, training and consulting for various government agencies both in the US and oversea since 1996. Prior to teaching at LSCC, she worked for a local firm where she introduced Geographic Information System (GIS) technology for land development and environmental applications. She has also worked as a Spatial Analyst at the State of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and as a Laboratory Scientist at the State of Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.
