Associate in applied Science

Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.)

The Associate in Applied Science degrees are programs of instruction consisting of college-level courses that prepare students for entry into employment and contain college credit offerings of a specialized nature and at least 15 college credit hours in general education. In programs where both an A.S. and an A.A.S. are available, the A.S. will include higher level English and mathematics coursework.
