Baseball Tryouts
BOTH TRYOUTS WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE LSSC BASEBALL COMPLEX ON THE LEESBURG CAMPUS.
Area High School Seniors Tryout - Wednesday, May 1st @ 4:00 p.m.
The tryout is only for Lake and Sumter County High School Seniors. Each tryout participant will need to bring a copy of their updated physical taken within the last year-You will not be permitted to tryout without the copy of the physical. The tryout will consist of running the 60, defensive evaluations, and hitting evaluations. Pitchers will throw a bullpen session at the end of the tryout.
*There is no fee for the Area High School Seniors Tryout.
Open High School Seniors Tryout - Sunday, May 5th @ 10:00 a.m.
The tryout is for any high school senior outside of Lake and Sumter Counties. Each tryout participant will need to bring a copy of their updated physical taken within the last year - You will not be permitted to tryout without the copy of the physical. The tryout will consist of running the 60, defensive evaluations, and hitting evaluations. Pitchers will throw a bullpen session at the end of the tryout.
*Fee for the Open High School Seniors Tryout - $30.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION : If you have participated in a tryout at LSSC you will not be permitted to participate in either tryout on May 1st or May 5th per NJCAA rules.
