Team Physicians
Dr. Radnothy enters his fifth year as the Lakers team physician. He earned his D.O. Bachelor of Science degree from Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, OK) in 1983 and graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the Pontiac Osteopathic Medical Center in 1992 and a year later founded Radnothy Orthopaedics in 1993. He has been part of the Florida Hospital Waterman medical staff since 1993 and is a co-director of the joint-replacement center at Florida Hospital.
Dr. Perry also enters his fifth year with the Lakers. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in 1984 and graduated from Howard University College of Medicine (Washington, DC) in 1988. He completed his residencies from King-Drew Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA in 1995, Knee Reconstruction & Sports Medicine Fellowship and Jewett Orthopaedic Center. He has been part of Florida Hospital Waterman medical staff since 1999, a co-director of the joint-replacement center at Florida Hospital and the Waterman Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery Fellow.
Dr. Thomas is a board certified pediatrician in private practice in Tavares. She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1985, and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in 1988. Along with their sons, Dr. Thomas and her husband have participated in LSCC Baseball for many years.
