Log In to SMARTHINKING
SMARTHINKING services are available for all LSSC students in a fully online course. Consult your instructor for instructions and information about using this service.
If you are a student in a fully online course you have an account in SMARTHINKING, you can log in: Students in fully online courses may use Smarthinking for online tutoring.
The log in for an online student is;
Username: LakerMail Address
Password: Six Digit Birthday (MMDDYY)
Example –
Username: suzy.queue@student.lscc.edu
Password: 072189

Review these trouble-shooting tips as a first step toward resolving your problems:
Make sure that your browser is set up to allow cookies and pop-up windows. SMARTHINKING uses both of these.
Make sure that you have Java installed and Javascript enabled. If you need to install Java, go HERE and follow the instructions for the free download.
Make sure that you have Active X enabled if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.
Make sure that you have Flash version 7.0.19+ for Windows or 7.0.24+ for Mac OS X installed. If you need to install Flash, go to http://www.macromedia.com and follow the instructions for the free download.
