Welcome to the LSSC Human Resources Department
Our department consists of the HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Professional Development departments as well as Staffing/Hiring, and employee performance consultation. We handle all of the staffing for the regular employees of the college including posting positions, job descriptions, providing benefits, etc. We process paperwork for all temporary employees including student assistants, credit adjunct instructors, and work study students. Our department processes payroll, aids in state employee reporting, and is instrumental in many other functions as well.
We are located on the Leesburg campus in the Williams-Johnson Bldg. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Connect with us online!
