Service Excellence at LSCC
LSCC's Service Excellence program was announced to the College community in May 2011. LSCC embarked on this initiative in an effort to improve how we treat our students, how we relate to our colleagues, and how we treat our partners and members of the community. We believe that our service philosophy, “We inspire confidence through every interaction to empower lives and build futures by providing a caring and supportive learning environment” will improve student retention and completion and increase employee satisfaction and efficiency.
A Service Excellence Team (SET) was formed and four service standards - Respectful, Competent, Responsive, and Collaborative - were established.
